James and his wife are co-owners/operators of a successful local small-business in the real estate and appraisal field since 2005. He brings a wealth of knowledge of local markets and understands the importance of local government and its relevance to the housing market.
James and his wife, Lisa, have lived in Lower Bucks for over 30 years, and have been raising their family of three children (Pennsbury students and graduates) here in Lower Makefield since 2008.
James is a Pennsbury High graduate and attended Bucks County Community College.
Over the past 10 years, James has served the community in various coaching roles for YMS, PAA, LMFF and Falcon Volleyball.
